ANA TO HOST BOOK PARTY FOR NZE PATRICK T. OGUEJIOFOR IN ABUJA

The Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) has announced plans to host a book party in honour of Nze Patrick T. Oguejiofor, former Chairman of the ANA Abuja Chapter, as part of its continued commitment to promoting literary excellence and celebrating distinguished voices in Nigerian literature.
The event will showcase his work titled A Hot in the Dark.
Themed “Unbroken Lines: Thriving Beyond Literary Struggles,” the gathering is designed to provide a platform for reflection on the challenges and triumphs within the literary ecosystem. It is expected to attract writers, academics, artists, and members of the public for a rich exchange of ideas and perspectives on resilience and creativity.
The event will be hosted by the National President of ANA, Dr. Usman Oladipo Akanbi, while the Chairman of the Occasion is Arc. Chukwudi Eze, Chairman of ANA Abuja Chapter. Husayn Zaguru, Administrator and Residency Manager of ANA/KSWIWR, will serve as moderator, guiding discussions and engagements throughout the programme.
The occasion will also feature the presence of distinguished guest, Obiageli Okigbo, a Brussels-based Nigerian artist, whose participation is expected to lend an international dimension to the event.
Coordination for the programme is being handled by Ngzi Atululu-Ebulum.
The book party is scheduled to hold on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the ANA Yusuf Ali Library, Mamman Vatsa Writers’ Village, Mpape Road, Maitama Extension, Abuja. Members of the public are warmly invited to attend. For further enquiries, please contact +2348060211263.
